That is cool. While I was watching it my wife, an artist walked in, and said that's the way you make swirls on paper, too. In that case, you just lay the paper flat on the surface.

That's also the way to do really cool psychedelic light shows. Put the stuff in a Pyrex cake pan and put the cake pan on an overhead projector. Instant Grateful Dead show. Well, that and a few hundred micrograms of Bear's Best.
